BJE is an Employment Service Provider that works with the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services in an effort to combat discrimination in the workforce against person with disabilities.
BJE’s program is designed for individuals with (or without) disabilities who seek supportive assistance in their quest for employment. Our intended audience are people who have never been employed because of lack of proper training, those who have had difficulty with job retention and those who simply need a second chance.
